NCTM appoints three new equity partners
NCTM has appointed three new equity partners, Sergio Fulco, Guido Martinelli and Lukas Plattner, who were all previously salary partners.
Their appointment is in recognition of their outstanding career paths within three strategic practice areas for NCTM: litigation and arbitration; tax; and financial markets.
Fulco has been in NCTM’s Milan team for more than 10 years and is a well-regarded adviser on litigation and arbitration issues in Italy. He also advises national and international clients of the firm on their restructuring and turnaround issues.
Martinelli is a chartered accountant and has been at NCTM’s Rome office since 2007, contributing to the positive results of the law firm’s tax department. He also has a special focus on the energy sector.
Plattner has been with NCTM since it was founded. He focuses on financial markets issues and, during the last two years, he has advised on many listings on the AIM market, including those of Gala and Triboo Media. Plattner has contributed to NCTM’s leadership in this market segment.
