NCTM announces integration of Studio Panetta & Associati
NCTM has announced the integration of Studio Panetta & Associati into the firm at its Rome office, with equity partner Rocco Panetta and seven other professionals, including salary partners Giorgio Telarico and Domenico Rinaldi, becoming part of NCTM. With this integration, NCTM has strengthened its capacity to assist in the areas of privacy and corporate compliance, in the telecommunication, media and technology and in project financing matters.
Before founding Studio Panetta & Associati in 2008, Panetta served as the director of the Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Authority for the Protection of Personal Data) from 2001 to 2008 and secretary-general of the Commissione VIA per la Valutazione dell’Impatto Ambientale (Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment), and has held important roles, including being the Italian representative of the Data Privacy guarantors’ commission at the European Commission and Council.
He currently serves as secretary-general of the Italian Compliance Forum (ICF).
Telarico, an expert in structured finance, has worked for some of the most important international law firms dealing with project financing and debt restructuring in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Rinaldi is a chartered accountant and auditor. His advisory activity has a special focus on tax planning and taxation of insurance companies.
