NCTM advises Radiomarelli on acquisition of 14.3 million ordinary shares of common stock
NCTM Studio Legale Associato has assisted Swiss electronics company Radiomarelli in the acquisition of 14.3 million ordinary shares of common stock from Prime Acquisition Corp, a special-purpose acquisition company.
The law firm has also advised Radiomarelli with reference to a purchase agreement with Prime Acquisition Corp, which will purchase a minority interest in several Romanian special-purpose vehicles involved in the development of 230MW photovoltaic plants in Romania.
NCTM’s team was led by partners Eugenio Siragusa and Pietro Zanoni.
Radiomarelli has been also assisted by Carter Ledyard & Milburn partner Christian Moretti and sernior associate Bryan Hall.
