NCTM advises on sale of fashion house
NCTM has advised Italian fashion house Krizia on its sale to Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co, a Chinese women’s fashion producer belonging to Zhu ChongYun.
The sale includes all of Krizia’s labels, as well as the historical archives of the company. The closure of the agreement, subject to some conditions precedent, is expected to be completed by the end of April 2014.
Krizia was assisted by NCTM partner Simone De Carli and associate Eleonora Parrocchetti.
