NCTM advises Gruppo Green Power on its listing on AIM Italia
NCTM Studio Legale Associato has acted as legal adviser to Gruppo Green Power, an Italian company in the renewable energy sector, in its listing on AIM Italia — the alternative capital market managed by the Italian Stock Exchange.
Gruppo Green Power specialises in the retail sale of photovoltaic and thermodynamic systems, as well as energy efficiency and sustainable mobility solutions and the provision of related services.
Trading was due to start on 22 January 2014.
