NCTM advises Enertronica on issuance of mini convertible bond
NCTM has advised Enertronica on its mini-bond Enertronica SpA, a company operating in the sectors of renewable sources, energy efficiency and electromechanical systems, which has issued a convertible bond called ‘Enertronica 2014–2016 — 7.5 per cent CONVERTIBLE BONDS’.
A request for admission to trading on AIM Italia — an alternative capital market of the Italian Stock Exchange — has already been made.
At the initial offering stage, the convertible bond has been subscribed to the value of approximately €3.7m (£3.02m).
