NCTM advises DOC Generici management on acquisition by Charterhouse Capital Partners
NCTM Studio Legale Associato has advised the management of pharmaceutical group DOC Generici — owned by Apotex, Chiesi Farmaceutici and Zambon — on the group’s buyout by private equity fund Charterhouse Capital Partners.
The NCTM team was led by Pietro Zanoni and made up of Francesca Bonino, Roberta Russo and Barbara Aloisi.
During the acquisition, Chiomenti Studio Legale assisted the buyer Charterhouse with Franco Agopyan (M&A), Luca Bonetti (finance), Paolo Giacometti (tax) and Stefania Bariatti (filing antitrust), while the vendors — Zambon, Chiesi Farmaceutici and Apotex — were assisted by Freshfields with Nicola Asti, Leonardo Graffi and Niccolò Gandini.
Rothschild acted as financial adviser to the vendors.
