NCTM advises delegate commissioner on A34 motorway project in Italy
NCTM has provided legal advice regarding the new A34 motorway in Italy. The firm advised the delegate commissioner, who is appointed to resolve traffic congestion problems in the area and is also the president of the Fruili Venezia Giulia region.
The roadworks are being carried out on the former Villesse-Gorizia link road, set to become the new A34 motorway, which will connect the north east of Italy directly with Central and Eastern Europe.
At 16.7km in length, with 668m of trenches and 51m of flyover, the roadworks will require an investment of €149.7m (£122m). NCTM’s partner Marco Antonio Monaco worked on the project.
