Mourant Ozannes advises Stanley Gibbons on the acquisition of Noble Investments (UK)
Mourant Ozannes has advised the Stanley Gibbons Group, a UK rare stamp and collectibles merchant, on the Jersey aspects of its acquisition of Noble Investments (UK).
The acquisition brings together four heritage brands: Baldwin’s, Dreweatts, Bloomsbury and Stanley Gibbons.
The cash element of the acquisition was funded by a fully underwritten share placing by Peel Hunt on behalf of Stanley Gibbons, which raised approximately £40m.
