Mourant Ozannes adds to Channel Island property team
Mourant Ozannes has added to its Channel Island property team with the appointment of Pamela Doherty, an experienced commercial property senior associate.
Doherty qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2003 and has acquired substantial experience in all aspects of commercial property work, including property development, investment acquisitions and sales, leasing and portfolio management, corporate support, restructuring/insolvency and banking and development finance transactions.
She previously worked for Pinsent Masons (and prior to their merger, McGrigors) in Glasgow for more than seven years and has worked on numerous high-profile transactions in Scotland.
Doherty will be based in Mourant Ozannes’ Jersey office.
