Minter Ellison's Vanessa Warburton wins Future Star award from Lawyers Weekly
Minter Ellison’s Vanessa Warburton has been awarded the Future Star accolade at the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law awards.
The Future Star award recognises the best young in-house or private-practice female lawyer in Australia.
An associate in the firm’s crack M&A group, Warburton was the youngest member of the team that advised the government of New South Wales on the long-term lease of Port Botany and Port Kembla.
Warburton was recently selected as the first Australian recipient under Minter Ellison’s inaugural international secondment programme and is currently undertaking a six-month placement to the Hong Kong office under this programme for young lawyers.
