Minter Ellison launches online Corporate HQ advisory hub resource
Minter Ellison has launched its Corporate HQ advisory hub — a central resource for directors, general counsel and company secretaries on corporate governance and law.
The site offers feature stories, current news, client alerts and videos.
At the launch of the site, Dr Bob Austin, head of Minter Ellison’s new Corporate HQ advisory news hub, discussed the strategies boards should adopt when dealing with environmental crises, accusations of fraud or claims of sexual harassment, for instance.
Austin said that the three key steps were to find out the true facts of the matter; ensure constructive liaison with key stakeholders, including shareholders, customers and regulators; and oversee the implementation, testing and review of the company’s crisis management plan.
