Minter Ellison is advising global investment banks Morgan Stanley Australia Securities and CIMB Capital Markets (Australia) in relation to their roles as joint lead managers and underwriters on Kingsgate Consolidated’s AUD59.4m (£32.7m) institutional placement and accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer.
Kingsgate is a globally diversified ASX mid-tier gold and silver exploration and production company.
