Minter Ellison advises Dick Smith Holdings on IPO of ordinary shares and listing on ASX
Minter Ellison has advised Dick Smith Holdings, which has announced an initial public offering (IPO) of ordinary shares and a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Minter Ellison’s capital markets team advised Dick Smith on all legal aspects of the IPO and listing, including legal due-diligence investigations, regulatory requirements and a renegotiation of its debt facilities.
The team was led by partners Callen O’Brien and Daniel Scotti and also also included senior associate Jacqueline How, associate Joel Farina and lawyers Shane Lawrie and Andrew Hewson.
It was supported from Minter Ellison’s offices in Australia and New Zealand, where Minter Ellison Rudd Watts advised on New Zealand legal aspects.
