Mills & Reeve’s Langridge wants to inspire young people to take up agriculture careers
Mills & Reeve solicitor Rebecca Langridge, who specialises in agricultural real estate, featured on the Bright Crop website to champion a career in agriculture in the hope of attracting more young people into the industry.
Research by Bright Crop revealed that 96 per cent of young people would not consider a career in agriculture because they think the jobs are low paid, boring, dirty, repetitive and old fashioned.
Bright Crop said it aims to address these issues and show that there are a range of careers within agriculture, including the legal profession.
