Mills & Reeve supports guide to creating sustainable communities
Mills & Reeve is a key supporter of a new guide published by the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) on good practice for communities to look after new places in the long term.
Built today, treasured tomorrow — a good practice guide to long-term stewardship models is inspired by the garden city principles of community rights, ownership and asset management.
As part of an ongoing partnership between the TCPA and Mills & Reeve, Christine de Ferras Green, real-estate partner at the firm, will be speaking at a TCPA New Communities Group seminar in Letchworth Garden City on 13 February on the topic of long-term stewardship in new communities.
