Mills & Reeve set to merge with George Davies
Mills & Reeve has announced that it will be merging with Manchester firm George Davies on 1 June 2013 after partners at both firms voted in favour of the move.
The enlarged Mills & Reeve Manchester office will continue to be based at 1 New York Street, with a total of 16 partners and 89 other staff.
Nationally, Mills & Reeve will have 112 partners and 870 staff operating from six offices in Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, London, Manchester and Norwich.
