Mills & Reeve acts for Maynard & Harris Group in £103m deal
Mills & Reeve has acted for the shareholders of plastic packaging manufacturer Maynard & Harris Group (M&H), including funds advised by Caird Capital and management, on the sale of the company to RPC Group for an expected total deal value of £103m.
M&H, which employs more than 700 staff at its manufacturing sites in Norfolk and the US, makes packaging products for the personal-care and healthcare markets.
It will operate as an independent business in RPC and the existing chief executive David Duffield will continue to lead the management team under the new ownership.
