Mills & Reeve has acted for Healthcare at Home, a clinical homecare provider, in its strategic acquisition of the Medihome group, which provides visits to more than 70,000 patients a year.
Healthcare at Home provides care to more than one in every 500 people across the UK. It delivers acute healthcare services to patients in their own homes and operates virtual wards, working with every NHS trust in the UK.
The Mills & Reeve team comprised Julian Smith, Junaid Haroon, Lauren Grieve and Victoria Lineton in the corporate team, as well as specialist lawyers Kevin Lowe, Chris Townsend, Edward Coulson, Chloe Bucktin and Anna Youngs, Sophie Burton-Jones and Catherine Fawlk.
