Merger enables Mills & Reeve to increase its insolvency and recovery team
On 1 June 2013, Mills & Reeve completed its merger with George Davies Solicitors, creating a full-service office in Manchester and significantly increasing its national insolvency and recovery team.
Historically, George Davies had a strong north-west insolvency presence and certain sector expertise, for example in education and sport.
Mills & Reeve has an enhanced offering that enables it to provide expert advice on a national level and to call on a range of legal expertise in areas such as banking, intellectual property, pensions and corporate tax backed up by expertise in sectors including sport, education, health, insurance, private wealth, charities, food and beverage, real-estate investment and technology.
The law firm is also experienced in handling matters with an international aspect.
