Matthew McDonagh joins Outer Temple Chambers’ health department
Outer Temple Chambers has welcomed Matthew McDonagh, who joins the firm’s health department from 23 Essex Street.
McDonagh practises in regulatory law, commercial fraud and specialist crime. He also has an interest in sports law.
His practice in the last few years has concentrated on regulatory matters and financial crime. He appears regularly in the High Court and the Court of Appeal and before regulatory authorities.
He has a considerable background in general criminal work and uses the advocacy skills learnt over many years in that jurisdiction.
