Amanda Maskery is a partner in the Company and Commercial department specialising in the healthcare and charity sectors.
Maskery has expertise in advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, partnerships and LLPs principally in the healthcare sector, with particular specialism in dental and medical partnerships.
She is a key player in the healthcare team, advising the largest number of dentists and GPs both regionally and nationally. Maskery is vice-chair of the Association of Specialist Providers to Dentists and Trustee of the Tyne Gateway Trust.
She regularly gives seminars and training on issues relevant to dentists, GPs, healthcare professionals and charities, Maskery also chairs our Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
Outside of work, he is a governor at Central Newcastle High School, soon to become the Newcastle High School for Girls. Amanda is heavily involved in training and development in the firm, including graduate recruitment.
