Mark Latimour joins Eversheds’ London office as pensions partner
Eversheds has appointed Mark Latimour as a pensions partner in the firm’s London office. In addition to his wider pensions expertise, Latimour is well known as one of the UK’s leading pensions investment lawyers.
Latimour, who joins the firm from Linklaters, advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law. His specialism is advising on the legal aspects of pension scheme investment.
As pension schemes invest in increasingly more complex investment arrangements, the need for employers and trustees to understand the particular legal risks that arise from them is growing materially.
