Marie-Louise King joins Winckworth Sherwood's dispute resolution team
Winckworth Sherwood has strengthened its dispute resolution team with the appointment of partner Marie-Louise King.
King joined the firm on 1 July from Druces, where she was a partner. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in the fields of commercial litigation, professional negligence and insolvency.
Acting on behalf of companies, directors, shareholders and individuals in relation to a range of disputes in both the UK and the European Union, King advises on complex breaches of contract claims, company and shareholder disputes, claims against delinquent directors, claims involving the misuse of confidential information and post-insolvency claims on behalf of office holders.
She has particular strengths in the independent schools sector and in acting for owner-managed and fast-growing businesses.
King is a member of R3 and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
