He also has particular expertise in assisting US-based technology companies expanding their businesses into Asia and on the IT-related aspects of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and divestitures.
Lloyd is a former senior attorney with IBM Global Services, working for both IBM Australia and IBM GSA on major strategic outsourcing, systems integration, application development and e-business transactions.
