  • Wasn't the tradition for a Captain to go down with the sinking ship? It seems as if Dembovsky has done a Costa Concordia.

  • Over 10% loss of revenue with plummeting PEP, no real surprise he has jumped. But was it ever that much of a surprise? Two failing West End firms seem to have merged to become a larger failing firm.

  • Read between the lines ..revolution can be a good thing. He's out because he has a legacy of poor handling. Good riddance is what we are hearing from W1.

  • No real surprise here - the firm has lacked leadership and direction for several years. A shame that it is going wrong when HK at least was a strong brand just a short time ago.

Let's hope the new management can root out the bad practices that have developed recently and restore the esprit de corps that the firm used to have.
