KWM advises Gresham on sale of Tasmanian Walking Company
King & Wood Mallesons has advised Gresham Private Equity on the sale of the Tasmanian Walking Company — a hospitality business offering accommodation-based guided walking experiences in Tasmania.
The KWM deal team was led by Mark McNamara and Mike Barker, supported by senior associates Matt Coulland and Ryan Thorne and associate Iris Eow.
The transaction continues the run of private equity wins by the King & Wood Mallesons private equity team, including the exit of Virtus by Quadrant Private Equity, the public-to-private bid by Ironbridge Capital for Bravura Solutions and the disposal by KKR of its remaining interest in Seven West Media.
