King & Wood Mallesons advises Wisdom Holdings Group on Hong Kong IPO
King & Wood Mallesons has advised Wisdom Holdings Group on its HKD844m (£72m) initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong.
Wisdom is a media investment services provider, TV programs producer and distributor and sports competitions organiser in China.
The company offers services through three business units: Tournament Operations, Program Production and Brand Service. CCTV, China’s most influential television media, is its largest supplier.
The King & Wood Mallesons team was led by Beijing office partner Yang Xiaolei and Hong Kong office partner Candy Chan. They were supported by Beijing and Hong Kong team members including Jiang Zhihui, Cong Qunji, Li Yunhu, Kanne Leung and Phyllis Xie.
