King & Wood Mallesons advises RCR Tomlinson on Norfolk Group acquisition
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised RCR Tomlinson on its $140m (£91m) acquisition of infrastructure engineering company Norfolk Group by way of scheme of arrangement.
KWM also acted for RCR on the associated debt financing arrangements.
The KWM team was led by mergers and acquisitions partners Tim Bednall and Evie Bruce, and banking and finance partners Yuen-Yee Cho and Claire Rogers, who were supported by senior associates Andrew Phillipson, Megan Coall and Anna Lau, legal adviser Nicola O’Farrell and solicitors William Lam and Colin Wong.
