King & Wood Mallesons advises joint lead managers on Nine Entertainment's IPO
King & Wood Mallesons has acted on Nine Entertainment’s initial public offering (IPO) of up to approximately $697m of shares, advising the joint lead managers UBS AG Australia Branch, Macquarie Capital (Australia), Morgan Stanley Australia Securities and CBA Equities.
The offer consists of a retail offer (broker firm, employee gift and priority offers) and an institutional offer.
The King & Wood Mallesons team was led by M&A partners David Friedlander and Shannon Finch, who were supported by senior associate Amanda Isouard and solicitor Robert Garritano.
