King & Wood Mallesons advises Ironbridge Capital on acquisition of Bravura
King & Wood Mallesons is advising Ironbridge Capital on its acquisition of Bravura Solutions.
The King & Wood Mallesons deal team, led by corporate partners Mark McNamara and Evie Bruce and banking partner Yuen Yee-Cho, successfully assisted funds advised by Ironbridge Capital to negotiate and execute the recommended deal for the acquisition of 100 per cent of Bravura, including the associated debt financing arrangements.
Support was provided by senior associates Matt Coull, Angel Quek and Anna Lau and solicitors Kenny Wong and Nick Ferrari.
The transaction involves a cash offer of $0.28 per Bravura share. It will be undertaken as a scheme of arrangement and has the support of Bravura’s independent directors and Bravura’s other main shareholder, Fisher Funds Management.
Bravura Solutions is a supplier of software and professional services for superannuation, pension, life insurance, investment, private wealth, transfer agency and financial messaging.
