King & Wood Mallesons advises Freetech on Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing
King & Wood Mallesons has advised Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) on its successful listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The company issued 260 million shares, including 234 million shares of global offering and 26 million shares of public offering in Hong Kong at HKD2.43 (21p) per share, raising approximately HKD630m.
Freetech, a fast-growing service provider, uses hot-in-place recycling technology in the asphalt pavement maintenance industry in China.
King & Wood Mallesons served as legal counsel to the issuer in China. The project was led by partner Zhang Yi.
