King & Wood Mallesons advises Chinasoft on Shanghai Stock Exchange share issuance
In December 2013, King & Wood Mallesons advised China National Software and Service Co (Chinasoft) on its successful non-public issuance of 21,587,512 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with a placing price of RMB30.11 per share, which raised more than RMB637m.
Leveraging this opportunity, Chinasoft will reinforce its research and development and innovation capability in independent intellectual property products, enhance the strength of the implementation of major projects and accelerate its global strategy.
King & Wood Mallesons acted as the legal counsel to the issuer. The project was led by partners Tang Lizi and David Tsang. Zhou Ning provided strong support to the project.
