King & Wood Mallesons advises China Huirong on stock exchange listing
King & Wood Mallesons has advised China Huirong Financial Holdings on its successful listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 October.
China Huirong, a short-term secured financing service provider, is now the first pawn company to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. China Huirong was overly subscribed upon its public offering in Hong Kong; the subscription reached a total of 9,121,938,000 shares, which is equivalent to 243.1 times the shares offered.
King & Wood Mallesons acted as the sponsor’s PRC legal counsel. This project was led by partner Pan Yujia, and partners Gong Mulong and Ma Tianning provided support.
