King & Wood Mallesons advises China Cinda on its listing on the Main Board of SEHK
King & Wood Mallesons has advised China Cinda Asset Management in its successful listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK). It was the first Chinese asset management company to be listed on SEHK.
China Cinda focuses on distressed asset management and provides customised financial solutions and differentiated asset management services for clients including large state-owned/joint-stock commercial banks, city commercial banks and large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
King & Wood Mallesons, as the PRC legal adviser to the underwriters, provided professional legal advices on a series of special issues. The project was led by partners Yang Xiaolei and Su Zheng.
