King & Wood Mallesons advises Catalyst on the sale of Global Television to NEP Group
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised Catalyst Investment Managers on the sale of its outside broadcast and studios business Global Television to NEP Group, uniting two experienced television technical services companies.
KWM has supported Catalyst throughout each stage of its investment lifecycle in Global Television, starting with its privatisation in 2007.
Partner Lee Horan led the KWM deal team supported by senior associate Ryan Thorne. The same team advised Global Television on its acquisition of Cutting Edge’s outdoor broadcasting business and with banking partner Richard Hayes on the refinancing of Global Television’s debt facilities in 2011.
