King & Wood Mallesons acts as counsel in Zhongsou Network financing
King & Wood Mallesons has provided legal support to Beijing Zhongsou Network Technology Co on the successful completion of its dismantling red chips structure, domestic restructuring, private equity financing and listing on the share transfer system for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The financing is significant for Zhongsou Network as the company will reinforce and expand its market scale and enhance its brand image and market recognition to accelerate its growth.
