Stevan Dimitrijevic, partner at Karanovic & Nikolic has participated as a speaker at the third Southeast Europe PPP Infrastructure Forum in Zagreb.
The forum outlined the key PPP opportunities in southeast Europe, including the transport, social and environmental sectors.
Dimitrijevic presented the legal framework of PPPs in B&H, highlighting the challenges of the enacted laws on PPP on the different administrative levels within the country and offering best practice solutions to these challenges.
