Karanovic & Nikolic considers the legal implications of Croatia's accession to EU
The Republic of Croatia becomes the 28th European Union member state on 1 July 2013. A recent conference in Zagreb considered the implications of accession for the business community in Croatia, with Josip Marohnić and Danijel Pribanić, Croatian attorneys in association with Karanovic & Nikolic, presenting on the legal implications.
At the EU Funds on the Verge of Accession conference, Marohnić and Pribanić also spoke about the division of competence between the EU and Croatia and how and which EU laws will be directly applicable.
The conference was organised by See Magazine — A Fortnight in Review in partnership with Karanovic & Nikolic and the EU Centar Zagreb, BICRO — Croatian Business Innovation Agency.
