JPM provides legal support to Serbian companies affected by asset freezing decision
After more than one year, Serbian courts have rendered a final and binding decision rejecting the freezing of assets in Serbia allegedly belonging to late Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky. JPM Janković Popović Mitić provided full legal support to Serbian companies Imlek, Knjaz Milos, Bambi and Diary Subotica.
After imposed injunctive relief and the freezing of assets in Serbia in July 2013, leading regional companies in the food and beverage sector succeeded in their legal battle and clearly distanced themselves from the late Russian oligarch.
