Darko Jovanovic is a partner in the banking and finance department in Karanovic & Nikolic.
Jovanovic advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance law and in particular has extensive experience in project and leveraged finance, privatisation, restructuring and refinancing, derivatives trading, as well as in both the life and non-life insurance business.
He has developed expertise in infrastructure financing projects, as well as in the development of PPPs. He is recognised as having proactively shaped the emerging trend of PPPs on the market and has assisted in the realisation of large-scale infrastructure projects in the region.
Jovanovic is fluent in both English and Serbian (written and spoken).
