Maja Jovancevic is a partner and head of the banking and finance department.
Maja Jovancevic has been with the firm for eight years and provides a full scope of legal advice relating to banking and finance matters, from large-scale transactions in the financial sector, regulatory matters and complex structured finance, to full legal assistance in distressed transactions.
She is considered the leading banking lawyer in Serbia. Jovancevic is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, the International Bar Association and is vice-chairperson of the Finance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgrade.
She is the co-author and editor of Focus on Infrastructure, Karanovic & Nikolic, Belgrade (2009).
Jovancevic is fluent in both English and Serbian (written and spoken).
