Jonathan Brook joins Eversheds’ London litigation team as partner
Eversheds has expanded its London litigation team with the appointment of partner Jonathan Brook, who joins from Freshfields. Brook is a specialist in commercial dispute resolution and investigations.
He advises on a range of domestic and international contentious matters across a variety of sectors, including financial services, media and entertainment, oil and gas, transport, pharma and infrastructure.
Brook has particular experience in managing disputes with an international dimension, including proceedings in multiple jurisdictions, and has achieved successes for his clients in applications for injunctions and other interim relief, in full trials and in mediation and other methods of dispute resolution.
He is also experienced in managing and defending investigations, including those involving financial crimes, by regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the UK and internationally.
