Caitlin Jenkins is a partner and head of the family team in the eastern region.
Jenkins joined Mills & Reeve in Cambridge in 2003 after spending nine years as a family lawyer at a top firm in London. Her work includes dealing with the financial issues arising out of divorce and separation, many involving substantial assets and complex issues such as trusts, pensions, family businesses (including farms) and other business interests. She also advises on aspects of wealth protection such as pre- and post-marital agreements.
