ISFIN chooses NCTM as its partner for Italy
NCTM Studio Legale Associato has signed a partnership agreement with ISFIN — a network of Islamic finance law specialists — that will see the firm become its exclusive representative.
Laurent Marliere, chief executive officer of ISFIN, said that if Italy wants to attract foreign direct investment into its new Islamic finance industry it will require lawyers with a sound understanding of local regulation.
The NCTM team working on the project will be led by partners Stefano Padovani and Piermauro Carabellese.
