The European Commission Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings 2000 presents a number of issues for companies doing business in the member states of the European Commission. We are a member of the International Lawyers Network and can advise on cross-border insolvency matters in main and territorial insolvency proceedings. Elsewhere, we can assist foreign officeholders obtain legal recognition and the assistance of the UK courts.
