Getting the Deal Through — Shipping is an annual publication that provides a concise summary of various legal issues relating to shipping law in 36 jurisdictions, following a questionnaire format.
The publication offers international analysis in key areas of law and policy for corporate counsel, cross-border legal practitioners and business people.
Ince & Co provided the chapters on England and Wales, Greece, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.
