Ilyashev managing partner set to speak at X Annual Legal Forum in Ukraine
Mikhail Ilyashev, managing partner of Ilyashev & Partners, is set to speak at the X Annual Legal Forum, ‘Development of the legal services market in Ukraine — 2014’, which will take place at the Hotel InterContinental Kyiv in Ukraine.
The event — which is organised by Ukrainian Bar Association — regularly gathers owners and managers of law firms in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Georgia.
Ilyashev will report on the topic ‘Is there a happy medium: balance of competences as a development factor for a law firm’.
The forum will cover a range of corporate management issues in the legal market, including:
- Recent trends in market development: forecasts, prospects and expectations in the near future
- Nuances of relations with clients: how to attract clients in the current market conditions, build trustworthy and mutually beneficial relations and organise effective projects performance
- Rational and successful partnership scheme: delineation of roles within the partnership scheme, creation of an effective system of profits distribution and remuneration
- Effective internal work within the firm: how to create a team that will work effectively, accurately and consistently with everyone aimed at achieving a common result
Pavlo Petrenko, Ukraine’s minister of justice, will open the forum.
