Hogan Lovells represents CMS in London operation move to Cannon Place
Hogan Lovells has advised law firm CMS Cameron McKenna on its plans to move its entire London operation to Cannon Place above Cannon Street station when it vacates its existing premises. CMS agreed to take a 25-year lease from the landlord.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by real-estate partner Dion Panambalana and senior associate Graham Cutts with support from Gillian Thomas and Rosemary Miller on construction and David Wood on planning.
Alan Wight at BLP led the team acting for the landlord.
