Hogan Lovells recruits private equity partner Ed Harris from SJ Berwin
Hogan Lovells has recruited private equity partner Ed Harris into its London corporate practice. He joins the law firm from SJ Berwin, where he has been a partner since 2007.
Harris is a well-known private equity practitioner and has advised a number of high-profile clients including Terra Firma, Pantheon Ventures Investindustrial, EQT, Actavis and Constellation Software.
